Hi, I’m Dave Hughes, and I help people to transform their lives, bodyshape and fitness so that they can feel more confident in everything they do. I have been a personal trainer for 18 years now and have also been involved in sport and exercise all of my life. I thrive on getting people amazing results, and that is the main reason I set up this fitness camp.
