My name is Dee and I've been a PT for a few years now. I've done so many different kinds of training in my time but I have definitely found that my heart lies in conditioning and strength training. The two together are an amazing combination for getting a toned and sculpted physique that so many people spend hours on a treadmill or unguided in a gym trying to achieve. I am a firm believer that the key to adhering to any kind of fitness plan is finding the right type of training for you.
If you can enjoy training and are having fun every session, it is so easy to stick with it and ultimately getting the results. It then becomes part of your lifestyle because it is something you WANT to do, instead of something you feel you HAVE to do!
So that's where someone like me comes in, no 2 Fit Camp Sessions or my personal training sessions will ever be the same, I like to keep it varied, fun and fresh so you leave feeling on top of the world having just smashed your session and looking forward to the next time we get to do it again.
I've also instructed at Fit Camp UK for over 4 years, and have competed in a Strong Woman competition, and I like to think the experience both of these have given me makes me a pretty decent all round trainer.
I can honestly say I LOVE every second of my job! So not only will you have my support with your training and nutrition, you'll also have my enthusiasm and genuine want for you to achieve your goals and feel good about yourself.
Lastly, I feel like I should add that I'm a Mom. I've have had 2 babies, and 2 pre and post baby bodies, and I get what it is like to feel the difference. I know how hard it can seem some days and I know what it is like to feel like you shouldn't be a priority...but let me tell you, when you feel good about yourself, when you are achieving goals and your confidence is improving, not only is that something amazing your children can look up to but you will feel like you can take on the world like a boss....and that is something everyone deserves to feel!!
