Hi, I’m Dave Hughes, and I help people to transform their lives, bodyshape and fitness so that they can feel more confident in everything they do. I have been a personal trainer for 20 years now and running the largest non-military fitness boot camp in the Midlands for over 11 years. I have now restructured so I can help people locally rather than all over the Midlands
I have also been involved in sport and exercise all of my life. I thrive on getting people amazing results, and that is the main reason I set up Fit Camp UK.
